I just recently created a service to allow anyone to easily renew Handshake domains in an "Anyone Can Renew" address. This address is often used to lock domains in order to prevent rugpulls or other malicious actions by the domains owner.
I also created a simple email receiving service that only allows logging in using a Handshake domain. The original idea for this was to allow for anonymous communication with a domain owner. For example you could include a message in your Namebase domain listing for exampledomain/ telling people to email exampledomain@login.hns.au.
